- What's next? So you've made a lot of improvements but I'm sure it's not perfect. What's next? - Well our goal ultimately is one piece flow laser cutting that it doesn't even come here. Because it's a waste, it's inventory, it's sitting on a shelf. The goal would be if laser cutter straight to welding with absolute flow and not be sitting in inventory to be cut as the next stage to move on again. - It came from three months to one day, which we're happy with. - But we're not content, we want to improve this even more. Eventually if we were in through in manufacturing these wouldn't be here. - Yeah you'd have multiple laser machines perhaps, put little value streams for Sorrento, sewing, all merging together. - We actually have at the minute, we have varying thicknesses of the sheet metal so with two, three, four, five, and six. And if you're nesting those together you don't a good utilization so we're having to…
