Get a FoundersCard
- There's a cool program called FoundersCard where you pay an annual fee and you get access to discounts on everything from your cell phone to hotels and flights. But a great bonus is that FoundersCard hosts events in major cities around the US. I've attended really cool events where I've met people from various industries, various positions in all life paths. FoundersCard started as a program for company owners and founders, but it's a great forum for connecting to a broader base of people. I've met marketing directors, CFOs, product managers, and directors of various departments at different companies. You can even see who's going to attend these events beforehand to help you figure out who you're going to meet even before the event happens.
