Getting creative

- [Interviewer] I think the key here is creativity. When you're recognizing what it is that we need, recognizing what it is that they need, and how can we be creative to figure out how we can meet those needs. And something I say all the time is, of course, money. We're going to try to go for that. We're going to try to maximize the money we can get. But then once we feel like we've reached that ceiling, all right, now we're going to shift to non-monetary issues. What are other things that could be beneficial to me?
