Getting started with culture change on your team

- I'm an absolute diehard fan of participation every step of the way. But it's a good idea to put in a little thought and lay some groundwork before you bring the team in. Because culture change can seem like a pretty abstract concept. So when you gather your team to get started, it will be reassuring for them if you have already thought through the steps that you're hoping to take. But first get clear on who you're involving. We're talking about team culture change here. Now this could be one team, a group of teams, or a hybrid of different teams who just happen to be working together. There are no hard and fast rules here. Only that you need to be clear on who you're involving. So it can be five people, 50 people, 500 people.
