- Now that we're done, you have a lot of different strategies to move your team in the right direction. - You have exercises for different types of teams and ideas to accomplish specific goals like enhancing creativity or building trust. - But we want to leave you with some important tips to lead these exercises. Icebreakers are really valuable, but, if they're not facilitated well, you won't get the full benefit. - So first, create simple instructions. Be as straightforward as you can. Remember, people may be a little nervous when they're first participating. They might not be listening well. So be clear and directive when you're setting up the activity. - And then practice. Find a partner, and talk them through all the parts of the activity. Note their questions or places where they need a little more instruction.
