Unfortunately, a single course can't possibly give you all the skills you'll need as a manager. Beginning to build your management skillset may have reminded you of building your technical skills when you first got started working in tech. In the same way you continue to deepen your technical knowledge throughout your career, you'll want to keep building these management skills. There's a host of resources out there. You could start with another course on this platform, a book on management skills, or working with a mentor.
