- [Instructor] Collecting leads and follow-up. Now that we've talked about how to mail letters get the letters out, we need to figure out how we're going to take the calls and follow up on them. In fact, before you actually do the first mailing, you should really think about this and figure out how you're going to take the calls and follow up on them because you never want to lose leads because you can't or won't follow up. And keep in mind that you're paying for leads whether you follow up or not, so we need to have a system in place actually before that first mailing goes out. There's a few different options for doing that. You can hire a call center. Basically, what you would do is you would create a script and give them that script, and also a lead form.
