- Carol Dweck has this great quote about the importance of a growth mindset that states, "No matter "what your ability is, effort is what ignites "that ability and turns it into accomplishment." So I want you to ask yourself what are your efforts when it comes to leading the charge for diversity and inclusion? In this lesson, I want to share with you some of the ways to utilize the growth mindset theory to make, create, and maintain impactful diversity and inclusion initiatives, processes and overall cultural buy-in and execution. First, having a growth mindset will help you to navigate through all of the gazillion differences your team may have.
