(jingle) - All right, today, we've covered getting everything ready and having the workplace arranged, as well as the job breakdown. Now, the job breakdown is going to take some practice, so keep the breakdown simple, and use as few words as you can while still being clear. Remember, the job breakdown is a note from ourselves to ourselves. Tomorrow's session is expected to take about two hours. There'll be a video instruction module on the training timetable, and a module explaining practice instruction demonstration. So, most of tomorrow's session will be devoted to practicing job instruction, using the How To Instruct card, and the job breakdown sheet. Have as many participants as possible give the demonstration during the time available. The more practice the team can get, the better.
