(upbeat music) - All right, welcome back. In this module, you'll learn how to have everything ready in the workplace properly arranged for job instruction. As before, we'll use the Get Ready To Instruct side of the How to Instruct card. We'll be focusing on the last two points, namely, Have Everything Ready, and Have the Workplace Properly Arranged. Imagine you're preparing to train a new associate on a particular skill. That associate will learn from everything you do and say. The associate will also learn from the examples set by their surroundings during the training. As such, the trainer should set the right example by having the workplace arranged in an ideal state. Tools, materials, equipment and anything else needed to do the job should be prepared in a way as to make the learner successful. The Job Breakdown sheet will have a list of the parts and materials needed, so be sure to reference that as you prepare.…
