(slow rumble) - Okay, so you got some examples here? - Yeah, you know, as I said the anthropologist start out in this cloud of ambiguity. They're going out into the world, they're finding people in their native environments, doing the work that they're doing depending on which domain we're working on. And then they begin to discover some things, some very important things about the end user community. And so while they're discovering what some might recall the requirements of the project, what does it need to do, what we're also doing in the backdrop is collecting information about the people who are going to use the software that we're designing. And we begin to catalog the types of people we see into these tools we call personas. And we literally create little baseball trading card sized pictures of these people.
