- [Instructor] Next, we're going to talk about how to get started with campaigns. So, first of all, sending out mailers can be done in-house or can be outsourced, as mentioned previously. Now, when starting out, a lot of investors are going to do pretty much all of it themselves, including stuffing the envelopes, et cetera, because it helps to save a lot of money, let's face it. In the beginning, the budgets probably aren't going to be as robust as later on in your business. Also, doing it yourself, again, you can learn the process so that you can eventually train somebody else to do it. Your goal should be to outsource it at some point when you're ready. And generally speaking, it's just not possible to do a lot of campaigns all at once if you're doing it on your own, because it is such a time-consuming process, especially once you start getting into 100, 200-plus letters a week.
