From the course: 21 Opportunities for Better Networking
Host a podcast
- Interviewing people in your field can be a great way to get to know people professionally. Consider starting a simple podcast in your field and hitting up everyone you think could speak intelligently to the people in your industry. You'd be surprised at how easy it is to do a podcast. You can use software like SquadCast to hold podcast interviews from your computer with inexpensive equipment. You can even outsource editing and posting to someone else to allow you to focus on finding guests, doing interviews, and building your brand.
