How brains learn

- Imagine you are providing training to two different groups of people on the same topic next week. The Monday group consists of brand new employees on their first day of work, the Tuesday group are all your senior managers. Will you be using the same jargon or examples for both groups? Of course not, because you already know this underlying principle of communication. You need to teach people in a way that they best learn and you need to communicate to them in a way that they understand. I want to break down some of the brain science of communication to help you better understand why you might not be getting the results you want with the feedback you are giving.
