When you have a remote team or remote employees, it's important to celebrate big and small wins. Celebrating your team's wins both big and small increases their confidence, and gives meaning to their work. Employees engagement and motivation increases with each celebration of their efforts. Recognition of the team's effort increases morale and reduces the likelihood of burnout.
