- Suppose you've been recruited into a company as a change agent. You were told there's a lack of accountability. Important issues have been avoided. You've been briefed on a couple of aggressive high-conflict people who need a strong leader to turn the department around. What should you do? You need to listen and observe for at least 30 days.
