- I'm grateful to have experienced the leading edge of cultural integration across multiple Fortune 100 acquisitions. I can remember one in particular where, after hearing the news of acquisition, my leadership team had to work together on an effective, all-employee communication strategy, having limited information ourselves. I remember that board room was filled with so much emotion. Some of my colleagues had been part of the company for decades, and now faced having to lead the integration of their entire organization into a new company and a new culture.
