How to make change stick by forming new habits

- What is successful change really about? It's about changing habits. You see, if you don't change ongoing behaviors, you haven't really changed anything. But changing habits is hard. So let me introduce you to four steps to create habit change. First, follow the principles of habit change. If you want employees to form new habits, then the desired new behavior's supporting systems and processes must meet four conditions. They should be obvious, attractive, easy to implement, and satisfying. For example, say you're responsible for selecting a new application to improve team communication while drastically reducing the use of email. Now, obviously, you have many options. There's Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Hangouts, all of those, right? Whatever platform you pick must become a new habit, so it should be integrated into everyday use.
