- We're going to hybrid work, but for the last year or so, we've been doing remote work so we need to ask ourselves this question as we decide on our future, what have we learned in the last year? What have we learned? So let's make sure that we consider our lessons from the last year as we consider our model for the next and coming years, right? What gaps have we noticed? What gaps do we need to make sure that whatever we do next, we close and we fixed. What obstacles have we encountered? Maybe there's technology obstacles, maybe there's communication obstacles, whatever they are, let's make sure that if we've had them now and we've experienced them now that whatever we do in the future, in our new model that we close them, we identify them and close them.
