- Let's face it, deciding how you're going to have everybody work in the future's a big decision. So before you just go make a decision, we should think about how you're going to decide. So I have some questions for you to think about and some advice to go along with it. Here are the questions. First question is who's going to be involved? I hope you're not just going to go out and make this decision on your own and come back and tell everybody, "This is the future of hybrid work in our organization." I hope you're going to involve some other people. The question is who all is going to be involved? Who's going to be involved in the decision-making process? Second, what will the criteria for success be? Like how will we know when we've come to a good decision? And what does a good decision mean in this case? What are the criteria that we must consider?
