(ethereal music) - All right, we've just seen another example of using the four step method, and we weren't expecting it to be perfect. We just wanted to be able to follow along to better understand the four steps. So what did you think? Was the instructor's attitude toward the learner constructive and helpful? Did the instructor cover each of the four steps? Was the information presented in the right amount at the right time? Could the information have been presented more clearly? Was it presented in a logical and methodical order? Again, we weren't expecting the demonstrations to be perfect, which means we were expecting some opportunities for improvement.
