Interpersonal Dynamics Inventory

- As an executive consultant, I work with a number of clients on building great teams. One of the instruments that I often use is called the Interpersonal Dynamics Inventory. It is a type of behavioral assessment similar to DiSC and many others, but it offers some unique benefits to me and my clients. When working with teams to make them more effective, I highly recommend adopting some of the principles used in the IDI assessment. A quick note on origin, the Interpersonal Dynamics Inventory, IDI, is a multi-rater assessment that was created in the early 1980s and has been in use and development in Sweden across private and public industries since its creation. There are a number of benefits of the IDI assessment system. The primary benefit is that it gives you a view of your behavior. Step one in the process is for you to fill out the form about yourself.
