So in that value stream, is this kind of happening in parallel with when an order comes in? - Yeah, it's happening parallel. Soon as the order comes from the office, the order goes three ways. To the postery, to the wood and to laser cutting. So this is the first stage, one of the first stages. - Yep. Okay. Before we talk about your current state, which involves a really nice machine back here, tell us how this used to happen before Lean. - Really, we would sub-contract the parts to a supplier, but we would over-project, we would buy in large quantities.
