Know what winning means

- So I want to hear about when it comes to the expectation that it seems like a part of it's just like, all right, you sit down, you say here's mine, what's yours? You can check it with a third party. You feel good? We have a handy little five-part categorization for them. And in the process, we get them out in the open. Could you maybe catalog or prompt or tease, what are some key expectations that really need to get talked about that often don't get talked about? - Um, yeah, so you know, if it's work, it's going to be around, what is success? What, what, what does it mean to win? And I, that's not talked about enough. How do I win? How does our team win? And how does the organization win? And our expectations aligned there. But even to take it down to kids, how do we win? What does winning look like to the family dynamic, to the spouse? What does winning look like to friends, to you know, personally, what does winning look like? So, you know, an example, this is going to be funny but we have an event we just did in Cancun. It was a marriage retreat for our clients and they bring their spouses to learn our language. And it's really powerful, 40 couples. And I'm taking my shirt off, and I had lost some weight. - There you go. - I lost some weight, Pete, but I wasn't let's just say I'm not buff, but I've definitely a better than I was a year before, but I all of a sudden looked and go, you know what I want to be, I want to have actually some muscles. I want to at least see one or two pack of muscle. Not six packs is unrealistic, but is that an impossible goal or is it realistic between now and next February? I think it's realistic. What am I going to do now? What's my plan. What's my team. My point is I had expectations of myself. Historically, I've had expectations of myself on weight or health and I've not met them and I've dominated myself. So I'm, I'm listing my expectations by asking what does it mean to win? And by, by when? And so there's a date with that? Well, the same is with people, and I just don't think there's enough, I think we're just so accidental and we wake up most people wake up and just do their thing and they don't think about this stuff.
