Know your why
- What question do you find so compelling that you'll spend the rest of your life chasing an answer? Have you learned to articulate that gut drive that compels you to do what you do? Simon Sinek suggested that great leaders inspire action by starting with why. He said, people don't buy what you do, they buy why you do it. And I think he's right.
