Lack of motivation
- How do we address performance issues with team members that simply do not care? What can we do with team members that do not have the drive or the hunger or desire to be exceptional or even satisfactory? While you cannot teach or force motivation, you can use a few different tactics to effectively give performance feedback for those who lack in motivation. One tactic that you can use is to observe and try different motivation methods to find the best fit motivation for your team members.
