- I deliver nearly 100 presentations a year. I lead a team of global consultants and I interact with clients from around the world on a daily basis. I'm communicating my expectations to my staff. I'm communicating my value to clients as to why they should hire me. And I'm communicating strategies and solutions in my presentations. So every day I'm conveying information in a way that they hear or can receive it. And that influences their thinking, their behavior and their actions. Along the way, I've picked up some ideas and best practices that I believe have contributed to my success. First, I always recognize the diversity of the audience.
