Leadership accountability: Take two steps

- I believe leadership accountability is at the heart of any organization's ability to achieve optimal performance and to build a strong culture. You play an important role in this, and now that you have some strategies and best practices for how to demonstrate accountability as a leader, I invite you to identify two actions that you can immediately put into practice. Here's a few ideas. Take ownership by admitting when you're wrong or have made a mistake, communicate expectations, and manage to that same set of expectations, and finally, avoid getting into analysis paralysis and make a decision.
