Leadership accountability

- Low employee engagement, high turnover, low productivity, toxic workplace culture, and can't attract top talent. This is what I hear when I'm consulting with leaders around the world. Now why do these symptoms exist? Because of a lack of accountability among leaders, meaning leaders do not accept responsibility for the outcomes expected of them, both good and bad. Accountability is about a leader's overall commitment to excellence that shows up in their thinking, behaviors, and their attitude. Hi, I'm Dr. Shirley Davis, and I'm a global workforce expert, a certified leadership coach and president of SDS Global Enterprises. I've had the distinct pleasure of working with organizations all over the world to build cultures of high performance and leadership excellence. Join me in a conversation, and learn what accountability looks like and why it matters to organizations. I'll share some personal stories, lessons learned, and specific behaviors that you should demonstrate in order to achieve a greater level of accountability. Demonstrating accountability as a leader is not easy. Otherwise we would see it more often. So let's get started on your journey to developing accountability.
