Look at all of the latest leadership models and research and you'll see that one thing is true. Successful leadership requires self-awareness. Knowing ourselves is the critical first step to leading in an authentic way that builds trust and inspires high performance. Hi, I'm Nevada Lane, and I've been a professional graphic facilitator and coach for more than 15 years. I help leaders and teams discover and share their purpose, values, and vision using the power of visual thinking. In this course, I'll walk you through the process of visualizing your leadership journey to create a graphic that looks something like this one. Creating your leadership journey graphic will increase your self-awareness and deepen your connection to the core of your unique leadership. You might be feeling a little anxious about drawing after seeing the sample graphic. Don't worry. I'll share a template with you that you can fill in, and there's absolutely no requirement that you add any fancy drawing to your graphic. Words and a little color will work just fine. Self-awareness is the journey of a lifetime, and wherever you are in that journey is okay. You might be really clear on your core values, for example, or may have never thought much about them. Either way, this process can work for you and help you become a better, more authentic leader. Let's get started.
