Lean is boundless
(upbeat music) (airplane engine roaring) (upbeat music) - I've been practicing Lean for more than 20 years and I can safely say Lean knows no boundary. It's also extremely vast and broad. That's why we are so excited to welcome you to today's Gemba Academy's live episode from Limavady, Northern Ireland. (upbeat music) Today we are going to take a deep, deep dive into all things Lean here at Seating Matters. We're going to explore how they got started with Lean and why they got started with Lean. We're going to take a deep dive into all things manufacturing and see how they're making this amazing product for some amazing people. We're also going to see how they apply Lean in non manufacturing environments including sales and believe it or not, making a cup of tea. I can't wait to get inside and let you meet the team, so let's get on with it. (upbeat music)
