(upbeat music) - All right, so I am here with Ryan and Glenda. - 'Sup, good to see you all. - Ryan, Glenda- - Nice to meet you. - Nice to meet you! All right, so where are we at? - So we're at the cutting station here, this is where a roll of fabric is cut for the chairs. - Okay. - So everything is actually hand cut, which some people find surprising when they visit us here, but basically, it's a template on a glass table, and we cut around it with a knife. - Okay. - Yep. - So, lots of, looks to be, visual management all around, different colored things. Before we talk about the current state, where we're at today, I want you to back up, I don't know how long back we want to go, but how was this done pre-Lean, before Lean?
