- Collaborating in a complex environment makes me think of the old question, "Which came first, the chicken or the egg?" Are you collaborating so that you can work in a complex culture or has the complex culture made it necessary for you to collaborate? In either case, both things are true. We need to collaborate and we need to work in a complex culture. Complexity is the condition of having several factors that are changing. These factors are interdependent and interconnected with multiple stakeholders, IT systems, cross functional global teams, and multifaceted structures. Yeah, it's complex. In this video, I will share with you two tips to leverage strengths and enhance collaboration in a complex environment. First, discover your strengths and those of your team.
