- [Instructor] Now, we're going to talk about finding mailing lists for your markets. And we'll discuss five different campaigns, in particular, five of the more popular ones. And before we do that, I just want to say that if you have the time, but have limited financial resources, then I would suggest gathering the data yourselves. If on the other hand, you don't have the time but you do have it in the budget, then I would recommend purchasing the data from data providers. Now, a lot of you are going to fall somewhere in between those general statements and you might want to do a little mixing and matching, whereby you gather some data yourselves for Sunday campaigns and then other campaigns, you might want to purchase the data. All right, so let's talk about absentee owners. Now, these are usually landlords and probate heirs, and the best places to find absentee owner lists are from your county records and list brokers.…
