- So now that we have landed that informational interview, let's talk about how to make this interview a success and for myself, I have one interview in mind that I felt I left with major success and of course I did my research before and I was able to walk into this interview with my objective and my questions but what I felt made this interview such a success is the fact that I was able to make a personal connection with the professional. I was able to learn more about who she is and also how she uses that in her work and also, I was able to kind of learn about how I can do that for myself and for my own work.
