The course discusses content that was relevant 35 years ago and is relevant today. These similar functions of removing silos, recognizing challenges, and escalating potential pitfalls were known in the early 1990s as CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement). Regular CQI meetings brought together members of various teams within the "Matrix" organization to "cross-pollinate," share challenges and goals, and determine pathways to improve functions and overall performance. This was a good refresher course with new packaging.
