This quote is perfect for planning to deal with multiple stakeholders in high-stakes meetings. Planning is key. But, sometimes, a plan ends up being useless because you can't predict how stakeholders will react to you, your content, or each other. Well then, you should be planning. So now, let me take you through the best way to be planning. First thing to keep in mind: Keep your stakeholder's face and major issues front and center. I literally mean the face. Create a cheat sheet with pictures of each stakeholder. Below the picture, include details such as the potential rejections, communication style, or just their interests.
