Mastermind groups
- If you're thinking of moving job or changing career, it's a really good idea to have some people who you can talk to about it. And I just love the idea of a mastermind group, which is a group of like minded people you can compare notes with. So most people's mastermind group is just a bunch of mates down at the pub and they just say, what do you think? And they'll go, oh, I wouldn't do that, and that's it. Now that's not a proper mastermind group. A proper mastermind group is where you get people who you really respect and you sit down and you seriously talk about what everyone's doing. So, although it's probably in the evening, you have almost like a formal meeting process where each person gets a bit of time. You perhaps have an agenda, or maybe each time you meet you focus on one person. So you might be able to join one of these. There might be something online, or you could invite people to join it.
