- As you begin to implement OKRs, you may ask yourself, "Am I doing this right?" You'll know you've been successful in implementing OKRs when you see a few key things happen across your organization. First, you'll have an annual design cadence. You've developed an OKR design process with your leadership team. You have a semi-annual or annual planning process built into your company's executive calendar. All executive leaders participate and lead the OKR design process. This cadence is built at the top of the organization, and trickles down throughout the company at the same time each year and is recognized by all employees. You can measure your success by how this process improves each year. You'll get faster and produce stronger OKRs each time.
