- All right, well, hey, welcome to another episode, and so as we mentioned on the drive in, we are here at Menlo Innovations, and I'm here with Rich, so, Rich, thank you for welcoming us into your factory today. - Thanks, Ron, great to have you guys here today, and I'm going to take you on a tour. - Okay. - We're going to walk through Menlo, and what I like to tell people who come on a tour, we get a lot of people coming. We have hundreds of tours, thousands of people every year come and see us, and the way I start the typical tour is to say welcome to Menlo. You've come to a place that is very intentionally created a culture focused on what we like to call the business value of joy. And joy is an unusual word to talk about in a business context, and for us, it all has to do with the external focus of the organization.
