Nice meeting you. - Elisa is the account manager for the mini blue company, here inside Techno Aerospace. And she's got a few words to share with you about what goes on in her area. - Okay, all right. - Perfect. Well, my name's Elisa Lawrence. I've been with the company about four years now. And I want to just briefly tell you about what do account managers do here at Techno Coatings, and what's one of our main functions. - Okay. - And there are about five things that we first take into account when the order is delivered. And that is, we receive the order, after the order is received we capture photos, we inspect the pieces, and then the order is then programmed, scheduled, and then it's sent to the production floor.
