- Congratulations. You've reached the end of the course, but your journey as an ally is just beginning. Think about your new baseline understanding of concepts like privilege, covering, and microaggressions and how they play a role in your life. Chat with your friends and colleagues about them, then commit yourself to two new inclusive actions you're going to take, and use this course as a tool when you're ready to take on more.
