- You've decided to go hybrid, you've picked your approach, you've built a plan, you've gone through the process that we've talked about, and guess what, it's time to change. Really, what we're talking about here is organizational change. Maybe one of the biggest ones that you'll ever make but I want you to remember that it is organizational change. So what does that mean? That means that you need to have a change plan. And that means that you've probably used one before and it's time to use it again.
