- You've picked a plan, you've made a decision, you've got to change plan. It's time to transition, it's time to get started. Let's start by taking everything you've already learned into account. You've got a lot of input from a lot of people, you've learned a lot of stuff. Make sure that all of that gets put into our transition, make sure that people remember the things that they've shared up until now. Next, engage people in the plan.
