One-piece flow tea
(upbeat music) - All right so I'm here with Declan, Declan. - Ron. - How are you, so we're here in the, I guess the tea room. - Yes, that's correct, yeah. - Break room for us Americans, something like that. - Yes. - So, what do you do here at Seating Matters? - I'm a process engineer at Seating Matters and I'm in charge of the production state of things in the factory. - And I understand, a master of making tea. - Yes, one piece flow tea. - One piece flow tea, maybe we'll, have a discussion on that but demonstrate one piece flow tea. - So one piece flow tea is we're making one order at a time, before we have to batch it, so this is one piece flow, so. The first thing we need is our cup, and then we need a tea bag, so everything's visual. We have a label here, so we need one tea bag. We need boiling water.
