- [Interviewer] What's the thing you could do with your coffee, your caffeine, for better energy productivity? - [Interviewee] The number one thing that you can do is to figure out what your cutoff time is. And I know that this is true, and I know it does not sound very thrillingly new and fresh. You don't have to stop drinking caffeine, but if you're aware that this has this really powerful effect on your energy, this drug that we're putting in our system has this really powerful effect on your energy.
