- I can't afford that. That's too expensive. It's not worth that much. I'm not prepared to pay that much. Your price is too high. And how much? We've all heard the price objection and it's one of the hardest to overcome. It's one that catches me out from time to time and I've seen catch many other highly experienced salespeople out too. It's a really tricky objection to overcome because it's effectively the prospect saying to you that you haven't displayed the value to warrant the price. So how do we overcome the price objection? Do we lower the price, do we go over the same pitch again just in case they missed something? Do we just give up and say oh well, I tried? No, we add more value.
