(upbeat music) - On your very first day at Facebook, everyone goes through orientation, and it's an amazing opportunity to get together with people from all different functions, and many of the original core leadership team of Facebook actually participates in orientation each Monday. It's extraordinary. And they talk about, this is now your company, and the notion there is that the company is not Sherryl and Mark's, it's not one individual's, it's actually every single person that joins Facebook, which means you can't carry in the baggage of a prior company, so if your prior company was bureaucratic, or political, or slow moving, those are qualities that we do not want at Facebook, and so everybody having ownership of the culture is incredibly important, and as we think about how we hire people for Facebook, we want to hire, obviously, the very best talent that we can around the world, we actually look more for qualities that match our values.
