The concept that each of us has a purpose is not a new one, but it is one we hear a lot about. When you serve customers, it's really important to have taken the time to think about why you chose to do the job you do. Serving customers is vitally important to the success of pretty much any business. By choosing to work in a customer focused job, you have already stepped into a world of problem-solving and customer care. You probably didn't start working in this industry by accident. You almost certainly have a passion for customers. Every company probably has a mission and purpose statement. This statement expresses the reason your company exists and how they choose to accomplish corporate goals. It's helpful, though, to know why your company does exist.
