- I think this segues really well into posturing. So tell us a bit more about that one. - Yeah, I mean, I think that how, you know, playing a negotiation hand is like playing a poker hand. So just like I was saying that sometimes you don't want to make it clear what cards you're holding. Sometimes you want to suggest that you're holding pocket Aces by the amount of money that you're putting down on the table. And so you can fake out the other side that way as well. So I think posturing, especially in law, is pretty important. You know, right now we're having a great conversation in a, let's say a litigation negotiation. A lot of times it's not going to be that way. And if the other side starts going on an avalanche about all the ways that your clients is wrong, you might want to stop that.
